This is a 34 year old man who had lost over 100 pounds following his laparoscopic gastric-sleeve procedure. He is seen here 1 month after surgery which consisted of a Belt Lipectomy with Bilateral Excision of Gynecomastia and Suction Assisted Lipectomy of the Bilateral Chest. 3.3 pounds of excess skin and tissue were removed from the anterior trunk and 2.94 pounds were removed from the posterior trunk.
