For this block, our clusters are sets of 3 reps with 15 seconds of rest in between each rep. So in our main A series movements, we’ll go 1 rep, then rack it for 15 seconds. A 2nd rep, then rack it for 15 seconds. And then the 3rd rep, rack it, which completes the set. But why would we do this from
