Gerber's LMF II Knife is one of two accepted ASEK systems designed to help aircraft crew members cut their way free of downed aircraft and perform other survival tasks.  The LMF II ASEK system includes the knife, MOLLE compatible ambidextrous sheath with leg straps, and separate strap cutter with sheath. The strap cutter sheath can be mounted to the main sheath if desired. Features: Partially serrated 420HC American Stainless Steel. Overall length: 10.95 in. Total system weight: 24 oz. Black, Coyote, or Foliage FG504 colored fully insulated glass-filled nylon core handle with rubberized grip. Glass-breaker pommel. Ambidextrous MOLLE-compatible sheath can be attached to modular vests, packs, and gear; can be worn as a belt shealth; or can be worn on the calf or thigh with the included straps. MALICE Clip included for easy PALS installation. Integral sharpener in sheath makes it easy to touch up the knife edge in the field.
