Sit and Reach box is a universal test for flexibility. Athletes complete this test at the beginning, middle & end of training.
Sit and Reach Box test measures the flexibility of the lower back and hamstring muscles. In order to test for flexibility athletes place their feet against the box.Athletes then reach forward as far as possible keeping their knees touching the floor. Commonly the athlete will repeat this procedure three times.
