Shire: Dapple Grey

Dapple Grey with darker mane and tail, dark grey shading, white feathers, some models had a dorsal stripe, bald face with grey nose and ears, and sparse dapples on head and upper neck. Model pictured with the 1982-1983 Montgomery Wards release. The MW release had pink nose and ears and more dapples on the head and neck, and no dorsal stripe. Not advertised in the 1974 catalog.

grey plaited/dapple shire horses are the most intriguing to me, truly the knight's stallion
