Sticky red discharge from female piggy? HELP

Hi! I was just holding my female piggy and I noticed that some red goopy stuff rubbed off onto my hand, so I took a look and she had a short string of red sticky goop coming from her private area. She’s never been pregnant as far as I’m aware. I also noticed some white stuff around her privates
